CHAMPAGNE EMPYREUMATIC
GRAND CRU 2014 VINTAGE
SGD 199

Our 2014 vintage keeps its promises of originality by being the ideal companion of predominantly Umami-based dishes (the 5th flavour: the hyper gluttony and the flavoursome taste). Racy, powerful, spicy, with toasted aromas, we name it as it is: EmpyreumatiC.

Let yourself be transported into its world and marvel at its many facets.

Tasting Note

Eye:
Golden hue with subtle amber reflections. Nice dynamic bubble train.

Nose: First nose is very expressive with notes of mocha, hazelnut, grilled almonds, and blond tobacco. At the opening, notes of menthol and cedar are revealed.

Palate: Aery, with aromas of passion fruit, almond cream enhanced by subtle vanilla notes. The fresh finish offers a nice length on the lemongrass.
