Tasting Note

Eye:
Coral pink hue with bright coppery reflections.Regular effervescence of fine  bubbles.

Nose: Straight, loose and well structured, the first nose delivers notes of  rose, raspberry alcohol, and rhubarb. The opening reveals shades  of blood orange and lemon

PalatePure and tasty attack, revealing aromas of stone fruits (griotte/morello cherry, mirabelle/sweet yellow plum) and citrus (orange). The tangy framework structures this cuvée wonderfully, punctuated by the bitter pink grapefruit
