Champagne Only Comes From Champagne
Champagne is a unique winemaking region in France.
Northeast of Paris, this region’s cooler climate with chalky, mineral-rich soil, strict regulations and long history of winemaking combine to produce a sparkling wine that can only be produced in one place: Champagne.

Champagne COLLERY
With an exclusively Grand Cru grapes sourcing, Champagne COLLERY combines their grapes with precision by highlighting their typicality and their geological diversity to highlight the influence of the mineral on the fruit.
The vinifications are made on lees in casks or stainless-steel vats and our wines are made up of 20% reserve wines. They are neither filtered nor fined and clarification occurs naturally as soon as the wine allows it. We give our wines a lengthy ageing time to allow them to express their personality. House Collery elaborates its wines from Champagne with Pinot Noir as a backbone – conferring a tight, refined, and complex style – while Chardonnay grapes bring freshness and festiveness.

“I only drink Champagne on two occasions, when
I am in love and when I am not.”
– Coco Chanel
