Grape Varieties: 100% Pinot Noir Grand Cru (Terroir: Verzenay)
Winemaking: Alcohol and malolactic fermentation in 228L Burgundy oak barrels.
Tasting Note
Eye: Bright and clear robe. Fairly deep garnet red hue with a slight bluish reflection.
Nose: The aromatic amplitude is remarkable with a powerful first nose. It is a blend of spices such as black pepper, lightly on the herbs of Provence, prunes, notes of black cherries and blackcurrant buds.
Palate: The mouth is tactile with perfectly integrated tannins, giving a velvety impression. We can particularly find notes of spices and small black fruits. The finish is long with a small touch of freshness, slightly tannic and very pleasant.
