The NV Extra Brut Grand Cru is the variation of our NV Brut, which takes the basis of it, but whose dosage has been adapted to respond to different moments of consumption, to different pairings. The NV Rosé Grand Cru is a blended rosé whose structure is brought by the frame of Pinot Noir, elegantly balanced by its Chardonnay. Its richness in red wine and its content dosage makes it a wine to be enjoyed in any season, as an aperitif as with a meal.

Our Blanc de Blancs has benefited from a long ageing on lees before disgorgement, allowing it to reach the balance of and ideal maturity. Its amplitude, its elegant aromas, fine and fruity, allow it to be appreciated both as an aperitif as accompanied by the most delicate dishes.

Our Blanc de Noirs has benefited from a long ageing on lees before disgorgement allowing the Pinot Noir of which it is composed to develop all its aromatic potential and power. Even if it can be enjoyed as an aperitif, it will be perfectly in its place during a meal.

Our 2014 vintage keeps its promises of originality by being the ideal companion of predominantly Umami-based dishes (the 5th flavor: the hyper gluttony and the flavorsome taste). Racy, powerful, spicy, with toasted aromas, we name it as it is: EmpyreumatiC.
