Our Extra Brut NV Grand Cru is the variation of our NV Brut, which takes the basis of it, but whose dosage has been adapted to respond to different moments of consumption, to different pairings. As we like to remind you, Champagne is above all a great wine that will accompany both festive moments and meals.

Type: Extra Brut, Non Vintage from Grand Cru vineyards
 

Grape Varieties: 80% Pinot Noir,   20% Chardonnay 
 

Winemaking: Alcohol and malolactic fermentations (completed) in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats
 

Maturation: 20% of the blend is matured in 40Hl casks. Chardonnay base matured in barrels from Sauternes Grand Cru
 

Ageing on lees: 4 years

Tasting Note

Eye: A strong golden yellow colour with amber reflections. Cord of fine and dynamic bubbles.
 
Nose: First nose of freshness mixing mineral (gun stone, flint) and floral (hawthorn). Opening to aeration on aromas of candied citrus (orange, lemon).

Palate: Ample and fruity attack on pink grapefruit and then on lime giving a long and tonic finish.
