Tasting Note
Eye: Coral pink hue with bright coppery reflections.Regular effervescence of fine bubbles.
Nose: Straight, loose and well structured, the first nose delivers notes of rose, raspberry alcohol, and rhubarb. The opening reveals shades of blood orange and lemon
Palate: Pure and tasty attack, revealing aromas of stone fruits (griotte/morello cherry, mirabelle/sweet yellow plum) and citrus (orange). The tangy framework structures this cuvée wonderfully, punctuated by the bitter pink grapefruit
