Grape Varieties: 100% Chardonnay
Our Fine de Champagne (wine brandy) is aged in Cognac and barrels of Sauternes Grand Cru for a minimum of 11 months using the Solera method
Eye: Golden, bright, with light apricot and orange reflections.
Nose: The expressive nose, with initial notes of linden, opens up to white flowers, slightly honeyed, and notes of peaches in alcohol and mirabelle plums.
Palate: With a vanilla and poached pear attack, it reveals a magnificent basket of stone fruit with a note of apricot kernels in alcohol. A beautiful light and tangy finish accompanies this alcohol.
Best served chilled, it pairs well with appetisers, melon, foie gras, cheese, or fruity desserts.
