Designed for beginners and those curious to deepen their understanding, this introductory class offers a relaxed yet refined exploration of Champagne, guided by heritage, craftsmanship, and taste.

This personalised tasting class showcases Champagne Collery and introduces participants to the fundamentals of Champagne—from vineyard to glass—through guided tastings, storytelling, and practical knowledge you can confidently use beyond the class.

Whether for a private gathering, corporate event, or educational setting, each session is thoughtfully tailored to your needs.

Champagne Tasting Experience

Champagne Tasting Experience

Each Champagne tasting experience includes a guided tasting of 3 to 6 Champagnes, depending on group size, preferences, and objectives.

Selections may include:

  • Brut & Extra Brut styles

  • Vintage vs Non-Vintage

  • Blanc de Blancs or Blanc de Noirs

  • Champagne Masterclass

Ratafia Tasting Experience (Optional , added to Champagne class or Standalone experience)

In addition to Champagne, Maison Collery also offers a Ratafia (fortified wine) tasting experience. A rare and lesser-known Champagne-region aperitif.

This session explores:

  • What Ratafia from Champagne is and how it is made

  • How to enjoy Ratafia as an aperitif or dessert pairing

ADDITIONAL:

Burgundy or Corsica Wine Tasting Experience

In addition to Champagne, Maison Collery also offers Burgundy or Corsica tasting experience, Domaine Dubois d’Orgeval from Beaune and Clos Culombu from Corsica are exclusively selection available through Maison Collery and making their debut in Singapore.

Selection may include:

4-8 different wines (customised)

  • Not at all. This class is designed for everyone or new to Champagne or wines.

  • Typically 60–90 minutes, depending on the format and number of wines tasted.

  • Yes. Every class can be tailored to your group’s preferences, learning goals, or event theme.

  • Absolutely. The class works well for team-building, client entertainment, or corporate hospitality. Rental of glasses is possible, and food can be catered upon requests.

  • Selections are curated by Maison Collery, but preferences and budget can be discussed in advance.

  • Yes. All Champagnes, ratafias or wines tasted during the session are available for purchase.

  • A minimum charge equivalent to 6 guests will apply.

Booking & Payment Terms

A $400 deposit is required to secure the booking

  • Final pricing confirmed once Champagne selection and venue are agreed

  • Guests may purchase Champagnes, Ratafia and Wines after the class
