Details

Millésime : 2018

Varieties : 100% Pinot Noir

Alcohol Level: 13.5%

Soil: Descending the hillside, Argovian marls lie on thick soils in shades of white, grey, and yellow, with red tones from ferruginous Oxfordian layers. The orientation spans from east to full south, at an altitude of 220 to 300 meters.

Aging Potential: 10 years and more.

Pairs with: Its fleshy texture and powerful aromas make it an ideal pairing for game meats such as roasted or braised.

Award: Concours des Burgondia 2021 Gold
